Shipping/Return Policy Shoe Choo Train wants to make shopping at Shoechootrain.com easy for you. We do not charge you until an item is shipped. Within 10 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return or exchange any unused or unworn item in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Special orders can be exchanged, but will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Sale/clearance items are not returnable or refundable. Items must be returned in original box and a sturdy shipping box. COD will not be accepted. We do not give cash refunds.
How to Return or Exchange Contact Shoe Choo Train at shop@shoechootrain.com@gmail.com. If shoe is damaged, please include a picture with email. After email is received, Shoe Choo Train will send customer a Return Authorization number. Once shoes are returned in original condition, Shoe Choo Train will contact customer in regards to refund or exchange. The issuance of credit or exchange depends on the final inspection of returned item. If you receive defective merchandise, we must be notified by email at shop@shoechootrain.com@gmail.com within 10 days of receipt. We will provide information in regards to returning or exchanging an item. Shipping carton damage does not indicate product damage.
